Very very worst customer service... Very very arrogant sellers... Using very worst and bad words against customers..This is ezhilarasan prem kumar...sharing a worst experience in your shop.your sales person r dealer whomever I don't know ,he was very aragont against me..using abusive words against me..I bought a new bicycle for my son age 10,in your shop located in tamilnadu, tirunelveli, samathanapuram branch on 29.07.2025..after I bought the cycle,the seller told me u can come after 15 days for some general services...and told they will remind me in watsapp... I went to your shop on 16.8.2025 morning @10.15 am for giving my cycle for rh e the general services..I asked why don't u remind me till now..they suddenly replied we r busy u should only must keep it in your mind for all these silly things...then I gave my cycle for service..the seller told v will call u once v finish our services...today 18.08.2025 around 8.15pm I went to the shop and asked whether services has over r not..they replied it was over yesterday 17.08.2025 itself..then I suddenly asked then why u didn't call me as u told earlier..they replied we were busy..your cycle alone is not our work v have many cycles..so if you want- u come and get it and go..very very insult and disappointed...I am also attaching the person who told to me like this...
